Who we are

eSIM Garden is operated by eSIM Garden B.V., registered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide through our website and apps.

What we collect

• Account data: your email, name, and a hashed password (if you create an account).
• Order data: the plans you buy, the eSIM profile delivered, and the activation status.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe on our behalf — we never see or store your card numbers.
• Usage data: anonymized device type, country, and data consumption for service delivery.
• Analytics: privacy-preserving analytics through our own Cloudflare Workers — no third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

To deliver eSIM profiles, process payments, answer support questions, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties, ever.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@esimgarden.com.

Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet Dutch accounting rules. Account data is deleted on request within 30 days except where legal retention applies.

Cookies

We use functional cookies for login sessions and cart state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
