Agreement
By purchasing an eSIM Garden plan you agree to these terms. The service is operated by eSIM Garden B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands.
Service description
eSIM Garden is a reseller of mobile data services provided by licensed mobile network operators in 200+ countries. We deliver a QR code or activation link that allows you to install an eSIM profile on a compatible device. We are not a mobile network operator ourselves.
Fair use
Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use threshold (typically 1 GB per day) after which speeds may be reduced. This is set by the underlying carrier, not by eSIM Garden. Excessive commercial use (continuous hotspot for multiple devices, bulk machine-to-machine traffic) is not allowed on consumer plans.
Refunds
Plans that have never been activated are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Plans where the profile has been installed but the eSIM has failed to connect to any network are refundable after a support review. Plans that have been used are not refundable.
Restricted usage
Some countries restrict specific services (VoIP, VPN) on their carrier networks. These restrictions apply regardless of your eSIM provider and are outside our control. See the country page for each destination for specific restrictions.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not responsible for indirect losses including missed flights, business losses, or data loss resulting from coverage gaps.
Dispute resolution
Dutch law governs this agreement. Disputes are heard in the District Court of Rotterdam unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
