Turkey-specific troubleshooting

  • Cappadocia balloon flights at altitude may lose signal depending on flight path — land-based activities are fine.
  • Eastern Turkey (Van, Doğubayazıt) has Turkcell-only coverage in many villages.
  • WhatsApp and Twitter are occasionally throttled on Turkish networks — this is government policy, not a plan issue.
