Buddhism · Millions across multiple routes
Buddhist Trail
Bodhgaya to Kyoto to Kandy. Multi-country Buddhist pilgrimage on one regional plan.
Why this pack
A classic Buddhist pilgrimage covering Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Japan spans five different SIM regulation regimes. Only an eSIM with multi-country roaming handles all five without paperwork.
Buddhism has no single canonical pilgrimage like Hajj or the Camino. Pilgrims follow different combinations: the Indian Four Sites (Lumbini, Bodh Gaya, Sarnath, Kushinagar), the Japanese Shikoku 88 Temples, the Korean Golden Triangle, or the Sri Lankan Sacred Mountain.
Our Buddhist Trail pack is a multi-country eSIM covering the most common Asian routes. It's a superset of our Asia Pacific plan with extra time allowance for long multi-country trips.
